1What is Kotle.gr and how can it help my hosting?
Kotle.gr lets short-term rental hosts (and hotels or property managers) publish a guest-facing direct-booking site. Guests can book via your reservation system, WhatsApp, Viber, or linked OTAs — with no commission on direct bookings from the site. You can create the site and go live in under 5 minutes.
2Can I try Kotle.gr before choosing a paid plan?
Yes. Essential is free (basic site + OTA booking links). Pro includes a 14-day free trial; you add a card via Stripe and are charged only after the trial if you stay on Pro.
3What’s included in Essential and Pro?
Essential: basic site presentation and third-party OTA booking links, free. Pro: full functionality — property content, rules, pricing/offers, reservation management, iCal OTA sync, date blocking, dynamic pricing, analytics, booking URL/QR, and guest booking methods you choose. One property is €59/year or €5.99/month; extra properties are €39/year or €3.99/month.
4Does Kotle.gr work with the booking tools I already use?
Guests can book through your site’s reservation system, WhatsApp, Viber, and/or linked OTA platforms. You can sync OTAs via iCal and block dates. Stripe card payments on the site are coming soon.
5Do you take a commission on direct bookings?
No. There is no commission on direct bookings made from your Kotle.gr site.
